Jan 20 2022 Pancake Cooking Day with Mur

Jan 20 - Lab Cooking Day.  Each lab group - please send your head chef to the teaching station to retrieve your orange bin from Mur with your lab group aprons, wash cloths x 3, and your lab instructions for today.  Head Chefs - please send just one prep cook to teaching station for any additional supplies you require. E.g. Butter/Milk/Egg/Syrup/Fruit Note: Mur and/or Mr. MacTavish will assist each group with Pam & Whipping Cream. Reminders: You must wear your mask properly at ALL times when working - only exception - when eating. You need to eat at your designated table. 2 max per table. Facing front - away from one another.  DO NOT use metal in the microwave (when melting your butter) Use the plastic spatula's (to protect our pans) Turn on and use your oven venting fans throughout their cooking on Friday. Covid Protocol Reminders: Please sanitize hands upon entry to the space. No gathering between classes/near other student desks/or at the end of class. Please remain at your desk area until dismissed. Review updated seating plan. Please sit in your original areas. In rows.  No moving of your desks!  Note: At this time we will not be doing ANY further group work until further notice. Reminder re: Covid Mask Protocols - masks on properly at  ALL  times. Should you not wear your mask consistently and properly you will be referred to the office.
